Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Driver with experience in the building materials industry.
The candidate must have experience driving cars, 2-ton pickups, and 4-ton trucks for the delivery of building materials across the UAE.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with UAE roads, customer locations, and safe material handling practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles, including **cars, 2-ton pickups, and 4-ton trucks**, safely and efficiently.
- Deliver building materials to customers, construction sites, warehouses, and company branches.
- Ensure timely deliveries while following assigned routes and schedules.
- Load, unload, and secure materials properly to prevent damage during transportation.
- Verify delivery notes, invoices, and material quantities before and after delivery.
- Obtain customer signatures on delivery documents and submit completed paperwork to the office.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles.
- Follow UAE traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding delivery schedules and material dispatches.
- Assist with other transportation and logistics-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of UAE experience** as a driver in a building materials trading company.
- Valid UAE driving license suitable for operating **cars, 2-ton pickups, and 4-ton trucks**.
- Good knowledge of Dubai and other UAE locations and routes.
- Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per hour
