TAMM Group is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Supervisor to oversee daily business operations, ensure efficiency across departments, and support the achievement of the Group’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Monitor workflow efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and improve operational procedures and standards.
- Coordinate with management, finance, HR, and other departments.
- Prepare operational reports and performance analyses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support project execution and business expansion initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations supervision or management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
