Job Title: Outdoor Sales Officer – Building Materials

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented **Outdoor Sales Officer** with proven experience in the building materials industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, and retail customers, and achieving sales targets.
A valid UAE driving license and thorough knowledge of building materials products are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
- Promote and sell building materials products to contractors, construction companies, and project clients.
- Conduct regular outdoor sales visits and customer meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
- Follow up on inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records in the system.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent after-sales support.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in outdoor sales of building materials.
- Strong knowledge of construction and building materials products.
- Existing network of contractors, builders, and construction companies is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
