We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with **10–15 years of proven experience as a CFO** to lead and oversee all financial aspects of the organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, corporate governance, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, risk management, and supporting executive management in achieving the company's long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead all finance, accounting, treasury, taxation, and audit functions.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking facilities, and investment activities.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax requirements, and statutory obligations.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors on financial performance and business growth.
- Monitor key financial indicators and implement corrective actions to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Lead risk management initiatives and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, business expansions, and corporate restructuring activities.
- Drive digital transformation and process improvements within the finance function.
- Mentor and lead the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as **CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or CFA** is mandatory.
- **10–15 years of proven experience working as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).**
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and corporate finance.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT, taxation, and compliance requirements.
