Responsibilities
- Guide guests through arrival and departure experiences.
- Address guest requests, complete reports, and share local area highlights.
- Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold safety and quality standards.
- Perform reasonable job duties as requested.
Preferred qualifications and work conditions
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- No related work or supervisory experience is specified as necessary.
- The role involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and hands-on movement of objects, including lifting with or without assistance.
