Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the company s document management system and database
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic commercial documents
- Organize, archive, and track all project files, drawings, correspondence, and records
- Ensure proper filing of internal and external documents in both digital and physical formats
- Prepare, document, and distribute Minutes of Meetings; follow up on action items
- Manage government-related documentation, renewals, and compliance files
- Support project teams with document retrieval, formatting, and version control
- Ensure confidentiality and controlled access to sensitive documents
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of required documents
- Maintain document logs, registers, trackers, and daily updates
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Document Controller, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage a structured filing system and ensure document accuracy
- Reliable, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines
- Experience with government portals and official documentation is preferred
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
