About This Role
• Aramco Quality Compliance
Manage, log, and process all QA/QC documentation in absolute compliance with Saudi Aramco Inspection Requirements (SAIR) and project-specific Quality Plans.
• Tankage Record Lifecycle Management
Review, index, and organize specialized technical files, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Weld Logs/Maps, NDT (RT, UT, PT, MT) reports, and Material Approval Records (MARs) for steel plates and piping components.
• Master Document Register (MDR)
Maintain a flawless, real-time MDR tracking all engineering drawings, technical submittals, and client approvals.
• Revision & Revision Control
- Enforce absolute version control across the site and fabrication shop to ensure no obsolete or superseded tank structural/piping drawings are issued to the field.
- Deficiency Tracking:
- Log, monitor, and accelerate the close-out process for Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and site-specific quality punch lists.
• Pre-Commissioning & Handover Prep
Systematically compile final Quality Dossiers and Turnover Packages (TOP) required for final client handover and mechanical completion.
