Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and coordinate orders through POS/ERP systems, phone calls, or online platforms.
- Assign orders to drivers or riders according to delivery location and priority; monitor schedules and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with kitchen, store, and operations teams to prevent delays and maintain service standards.
- Track driver movement and update customers on delivery status when needed.
- Maintain accurate invoices, order details, and delivery records.
- Handle delayed or incorrect order concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Communicate with drivers and operations teams throughout shifts.
- Prepare daily dispatch and delivery reports for management.
- Follow company policies, operational procedures, and hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of dispatching, logistics coordination, order management, or F&B operations experience.
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with POS or ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of delivery operations and route coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
