The role is responsible for data management, analytics, and dashboard reporting development, and may also perform cost management duties for related projects.
Responsibilities
- Analyze portfolio cost trends, issues, and opportunities across regions and construction stages, from colocation fit-outs to hyperscale leases.
- Conduct benchmarking, identify trends, and forecast growth to support problem-solving discussions; provide insights and recommendations for internal initiatives.
- Present findings clearly and professionally and identify process improvements using software tools or automation.
- Review contractor and subcontractor pricing against benchmarks, identifying and negotiating outliers.
- Develop and maintain monthly project cashflow forecasts and accruals; analyze budgets against program-wide benchmarks and cost trends.
- Recommend project funding needs when appropriate and support capital planning and funding requests.
- Follow SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience using technical skills such as benchmarking, data modeling, and statistical methods to solve problems.
- Previous commercial experience in data center or industrial/manufacturing projects.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI Dashboard skills.
- UAT/QA experience is helpful.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to work in a client-facing role.
- Organization, multitasking, prioritization, and teamwork skills.
Compensation
- The stated salary range for this full-time role is $100,000–$150,000 per year, base salary only.
- Pay may vary based on experience and qualifications.
