About Sweet Robo:
Sweet Robo is seeking a strategic, creative, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and manage all of our digital assets, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone who can take full ownership of our digital presence, social strategy, paid campaigns, and overall online growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow all Sweet Robo digital assets and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Own content planning, posting schedules, audience engagement, and platform strategy
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other channels
- Oversee broader digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
- Monitor analytics, campaign performance, and ROI while continuously improving results
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external partners as needed
- Develop innovative marketing campaigns to strengthen Sweet Robo’s online presence
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing digital assets, social media, and performance marketing
- Strong expertise in paid media platforms and campaign optimization
- Deep understanding of content strategy and audience growth
- Experience with analytics, reporting, and marketing tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple channels and priorities effectively
- Dubai-based or willing to work on-site full-time
- Familiarity with automation or technology-driven environments is a plus
Compensation:
- AED 10,000–15,000/month, based on experience
