About This Role

Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile professional who can bridge technology and marketing by developing high-performing web applications while driving digital marketing initiatives. This role combines front-end/back-end development with digital campaign execution to enhance user experience, online visibility, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development (Front-End / Full-Stack)

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications.
  • Build front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
  • Develop back-end functionality, APIs, and database integrations (for full-stack scope).
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Work with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) for content updates and customizations.
  • Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX best practices.

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels.
  • Optimize website content and structure for search engine visibility (SEO).
  • Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) and track ROI.
  • Analyze campaign and website performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop landing pages and marketing funnels to improve lead generation and conversions.

Performance & Optimization

  • Conduct A/B testing to improve website and campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor site speed, performance, and user engagement metrics.
  • Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in front-end or full-stack development along with digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (React, Angular, or similar).
  • Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python, etc.) for full-stack roles.
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
