Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dubai.

This is a cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of content, digital presence, and business development.

The right candidate will take ownership of Mangobot's online channels, generate fresh and compelling content about robotics and events, support our channel partner outreach program, and work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify new prospects.

This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong creative sensibility, solid knowledge of digital marketing, and the commercial awareness to contribute meaningfully to business growth.

A portfolio or samples of previous work are required as part of the application.

1. **Digital Content & Social Media

  • Develop and execute a consistent content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Generate fresh, creative, and engaging content ideas specific to the humanoid robotics industry and support our events.
  • Create and produce innovative short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, with strong storytelling and creative editing techniques.
  • Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and continuously improve content strategy based on data.
  • Stay ahead of trends in robotics, AI, and tech to inform timely and relevant content.

1. **Channel Partner Outreach

  • Support the development and execution of Mangobot's channel partner acquisition strategy
  • Conduct research and identify potential channel partners across the UAE and GCC
  • Coordinate with graphic designer to create marketing collateral, pitch materials, and campaign assets tailored to the channel partner program
  • Coordinate outreach campaigns and manage communication touch points with prospective partners

1. **Sales Support & Prospect Identification

  • Work alongside the sales team to identify new business prospects through digital research, social listening, and industry intelligence
  • Build targeted prospect lists and support lead nurturing through content and direct outreach
  • Contribute to the creation of presentations, case studies, and proposals that support the sales pipeline
  • Track and report on marketing-sourced leads and their progression through the funnel

1. **Event & Campaign Activation

  • Support the planning and promotion of robotics demonstrations, exhibitions, and leasing events
  • Coordinate pre-event marketing, on-site content capture, and post-event digital amplification
  • Manage campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are executed on schedule

Experience & Skills

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within technology, events, or a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proven track record in social media management and content creation with measurable results
  • Experience supporting or executing B2B outreach, channel partnerships, or sales enablement activities
  • Strong copywriting skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics dashboards (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
  • Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) and video content production
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Creative & Strategic Qualities

  • A genuine creative eye and the ability to generate original ideas, not just execute briefs
  • Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing activity connects to revenue
  • Curiosity about emerging technology, particularly robotics and AI
  • Confident communicator who can engage both internal stakeholders and external partners
