About This Role
We are seeking an experienced, creative, and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and
strengthen our digital presence across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, digital advertising campaigns, SEO, website management, content creation, and brand engagement activities. The candidate must be capable
of handling day-to-day digital marketing activities as well as supporting internal departments with special marketing and promotional requirements. The role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to create engaging visual and video content for company events, campaigns, and branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Digital Advertising & Campaign Management
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Twitter/X
- Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficient ad spending.
- Collaborate with management to create engaging ad creatives, visuals, and marketing copy.
SEO & Website Management
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and increase
organic traffic.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization.
- Update and manage website content using WordPress.
- Monitor website performance and user behavior through Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
- Manage and monitor Google Reviews and online reputation across digital platforms.
Content Creation &Social Media Management Create And Edit Marketing Materials Using
- Adobe Photoshop
- Canva
- Video editing tools
- Plan, design, and publish engaging social media content.
Create Scheduled Posts For
- Festivals and national events
- Company activities and achievements
- Employee engagement campaigns
- Birthday and anniversary campaigns
- Internal announcements and branding activities
- Manage and maintain consistent brand presence across all social media platforms.
Event Coverage & Internal Marketing Support
- Coordinate with different departments to fulfill internal marketing and branding requirements.
- Handle special requests from departments for promotional or communication-related activities.
- Cover company events, sports activities, employee engagement programs, and celebrations.
- Capture and prepare high-quality photos and videos for internal and external marketing purposes.
- Create professional video highlights, reels, and promotional content for company events and activities.
Email Marketing & Communication
- Manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms.
- Design and execute customer engagement and promotional email campaigns
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate regular reports on advertising, SEO, social media, and website performance.
- Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Track engagement, lead generation, and digital growth performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Ads Campaign Management.
Proven Experience With
- Facebook Ads
- Google Ads
- Instagram Ads
- Twitter/X Ads
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
- Experience with WordPress website management.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, and video editing software.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO tools.
- Experience with Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms.
- Strong photography/videography and content creation skills are an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Experience handling corporate branding and internal communication activities.
- Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling abilities.
