Role Description

The role is for a .NET Full Stack Developer working on custom enterprise-class applications.

The developer will build core unified systems for products using .NET 8, microservices, React, and Redux.

The position requires 3 to 5 years of development experience.

Essential Functions and Duties

  • Design and implement robust, scalable, high-performance applications using .NET 8, C#, React, Redux, and microservices.
  • Ensure code and application content follow design and coding standards.
  • Use AI tools such as Copilot to improve productivity.
  • Develop and deploy modular, scalable, and fault-tolerant microservices.
  • Build responsive web applications and a UI component library using React, Redux, and modern JavaScript.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and services and integrate them with frontend applications.
  • Design SQL Server schemas and maintain data integrity and optimization.
  • Build and deploy Azure applications using cloud-native tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Write unit and integration tests and conduct code reviews.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers.
  • Mentor junior developers and improve application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Education and Experience

  • A master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is required, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • The role requires 3 to 5 years of demonstrable software development experience.

Required Technical Knowledge

  • Required technologies include .NET 8, C#, React, Redux, REST APIs, microservices, SQL Server, MVC, JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6+, Material UI, CSS, and Next.js.
  • The role requires SOLID principles, design patterns, RESTful APIs, web services, Docker, and CI/CD pipeline experience.
  • Cloud requirements include Azure, Azure PaaS services, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service, and Azure API Management.
  • Additional Azure requirements include Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Redis or other caching solutions, OAuth, JWT, and Azure AD.
  • The role requires Git, source code management, and hands-on use of AI tools such as Copilot.
