UST is seeking a Software Analyst to join its Applications team.
The role develops and maintains electronic files, completes service requests, and provides continued support to internal and external customers.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with internal and external customers and teams to deliver client implementations and renewals.
- Create, enhance, and develop SQL queries for data integration and cleansing.
- Develop and maintain electronic files using Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Cron, Jira, SolarWinds, and C#.
- Manage, prioritize, and complete service requests for existing products and services in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.
- Communicate with technical and non-technical users.
- Document or improve processes and procedures to streamline service requests for the Software Analyst team.
- Work independently or collaboratively, multitask, and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
What you need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio, and C#.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of project management and documentation.
- Knowledge of third-party administrator industry processes and understanding of the healthcare industry.
- Experience with software development methodology, such as Scrum or Agile, and writing effective documentation.
Compensation
- Compensation range is $75,000–$113,000; compensation may vary by office location, role, skills, education, and experience.
