We are currently recruiting on behalf of a boutique architecture and interior design consultancy in Dubai that specializes in delivering high-end residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects across the UAE and international markets.
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Bid & Operations Manager
to oversee the end-to-end bid process while driving operational efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full bid lifecycle, including RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and proposal submissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical, commercial, and project information for submissions.
- Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, capability statements, and prequalification documents.
- Ensure all submissions are compliant, accurate, and delivered within deadlines.
- Maintain bid pipelines, trackers, and company credentials.
- Support operational planning, project coordination, and process improvements.
- Assist senior management with reporting, resource planning, and business performance tracking.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in bid management, proposal management, operations, or project coordination.
- Previous experience within architecture, interior design, engineering consultancy, construction, or design & build sectors.
- Strong understanding of tendering and procurement processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
💰 Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month
