Supports design development, coordination, and delivery of assigned projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, landlords, and managers on design planning and deliverable handover.
- Assist with design development, monitor progress, and suggest improvements.
- Ensure design deliverables meet the brief and include required adjustments and documentation.
- Review client manuals and project applications and check site compliance.
- Help site teams interpret design documents and provide supporting information during execution.
- Visit sites, check compliance, and prepare design review reports.
- Escalate project issues, complaints, design errors, and site changes to the Project Manager with suggestions.
- Provide regular project progress reports.
Education and experience
- Degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Knowledge of concept and detail drawings and designs gained through training or work experience.
- Interior fit-out project experience is preferred.
- AutoCAD experience is an added advantage; the source describes a fresher or a minimum of one year of experience.
