Responsibilities
- Define supervision models and delivery protocols for regional projects.
- Lead onboarding and calibration of resident-engineer teams.
- Represent Dar in high-level client and authority engagements.
- Oversee strategic risk assessments and resolution strategies on key projects.
- Develop technical supervision tools, dashboards, and benchmarks.
- Identify portfolio trends and propose mitigation or enhancement strategies.
- Sponsor capability development for resident engineers and site leaders.
- Use site feedback to improve design and planning.
- Collaborate with Area Directors on resource optimization and forecasting.
- Drive cross-project alignment and efficient site-delivery models.
- Set strategic direction and promote negotiation, transparency, and resilience across project ecosystems.
Requirements
- At least 20 years of experience, including complex, multi-project delivery leadership.
- Recognized excellence in large-scale supervision and client partnerships.
- Extensive experience in building, residential, and airport projects.
- A master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is preferred.
