Job Title: Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)
Salary: AED 2200 – 2600 per month
Benefits: Company provides visa, accommodation, transportation, and all meals

About the company
The company specializes in continental cuisine and bulk catering services, delivering quality meals for both restaurant guests and large-scale industrial/corporate requirements.
NOTE: Only candidates with catering / bulk production kitchen experience will be considered.
Hotel experience alone will not be suitable.
Role
- Manages a kitchen section for continental cuisine in catering and restaurant operations
- Supervises commis staff and ensures smooth workflow during production
- Prepares and presents dishes as per standard recipes and quality guidelines
- Ensures consistency, portion control, and timely output for bulk orders
- Coordinates with kitchen team for efficient service and production planning
- Maintains hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards across the section
- Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,600.00 per month
