Job Title: Commis 2
Salary: AED 1600 – 1750 per month

About the company
The company specializes in continental cuisine and bulk catering services, delivering quality meals for both restaurant guests and large-scale industrial/corporate requirements.
NOTE: Only candidates with catering / bulk production kitchen experience will be considered.
Hotel experience alone will not be suitable.
Role
- Supports kitchen team in basic continental food preparation in a high-volume catering setup
- Assists in cutting, chopping, portioning, and mise en place as per instructions
- Follows standard recipes, portion control, and hygiene procedures
- Assists senior chefs during bulk cooking and service operations
- Maintains cleanliness and proper organization of assigned kitchen section
- Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,750.00 per month
