Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – F&B Operations to support and oversee daily operations across catering events, outlets, and service locations.
The ideal candidate must have a strong catering operations background and the ability to manage teams, logistics, and event execution efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day F&B and catering operations
- Supervise and support service and operational teams
- Oversee food dispatch, pickups, and event setups
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are maintained
- Coordinate with kitchen, vendors, drivers, and logistics teams
- Handle operational challenges and escalate issues when required
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and manpower coordination
- Ensure smooth execution of catering events and outdoor operations
Requirements
- **Mandatory experience in catering operations/background**
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality operations
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites, events, and operational activities
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible to work shifts and event-based schedules
- UAE experience is preferred
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
