Business Development Executive - F&B

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new business opportunities across corporate offices, events, cafes, fitness centers, wellness clinics, and retail outlets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
• Generate leads, conduct meetings, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Promote the company's healthy food and dessert product range to potential clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and business development forecasts.
• Represent the brand at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of business development or sales experience within the F&B industry in the UAE.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Preferred Background

• Experience selling food products, desserts, catering services, healthy food concepts, or FMCG food items.
• Existing network within the UAE corporate, hospitality, wellness, or retail sectors is an advantage.
• Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
