Assistant Manager - Catering Operations

**Location:** Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily catering operations and site execution.
• Supervise service teams and ensure smooth event setups.
• Manage food dispatch, deliveries, and logistics coordination.
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and service standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with kitchen teams, vendors, and clients.
• Assist with staff scheduling and operational planning.
• Resolve operational issues and support multiple sites/events.

Requirements

• **Mandatory: Experience in catering operations.**
• **Candidates from restaurant, café, or hotel F&B backgrounds will not be considered.**
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple catering sites and events.
• Flexible to work shifts and event-based schedules.
• Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
