Role overview
The client is a multinational healthcare organization; the role sits in its Supply Chain team and supports the DPS franchise.
The role manages end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand planning, IBP, inventory, forecasting, and CAPEX execution.
Employment is outsourced through Manpower Middle East.
Planning responsibilities
- Lead demand planning and develop accurate forecasts using statistical analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage IBP alignment across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.
- Monitor and improve Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Inventory Health, Back Orders, and NTS Delivery KPIs.
- Manage inventory targets, reduce SLOB risk, and improve inventory efficiency.
- Support product launches, phase-in/phase-out activities, and New Product Introductions.
- Lead supply risk assessments and mitigation with regional and local stakeholders.
- Manage CAPEX forecasting, allocation, order management, and fulfillment.
- Improve supply chain processes and operational efficiency.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and IBP.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Experience with SAP S4H is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
