Role purpose
Coordinate personal effects deliveries, arrange documents for customs submission, and support day-to-day documentation work.
Responsibilities
- Collect personal effects cargo from the warehouse and deliver it to customers according to schedule.
- Load and unload cargo as necessary and coordinate with transporters to arrange personal effects shipments.
- Verify delivered quantities against packing lists.
- Arrange customs-submission documents and support preparation of job files for the documentation department.
- Coordinate customs inspections and check for and report system errors.
Qualifications
- High school or higher secondary education.
- At least 2 years of experience in warehousing and logistics.
- Good physical health is needed because the work involves heavy lifting.
- English is listed as a language; Hindi is advantageous.
