Perform basic analysis to ensure recommendations and business conclusions are supported by data research and findings.
The role is part of the Data Science and Analytics function supporting business intelligence and outcome prediction.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate data aggregation and curate reports using business intelligence and reporting applications.
- Review structured and unstructured data related to global real estate markets and real estate asset operations.
- Assist with data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize information.
- Define basic data requirements and gather information using judgment and statistical tests.
- Use programming and evaluation tools to plan models and extract insights.
- Apply modeling and optimization methods to improve business performance.
- Develop ad hoc reports from existing data sources.
- Present detailed data stories to business lines.
- Confirm data-source quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with agile development teams to improve processes and programs.
- Work within standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience; combined experience and education may substitute for a degree.
- MCSE and CNE certifications are preferred.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Organizational skills and a strong inquisitive mindset.
