Must-have qualifications
- A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
Preferred skills
- Experience in data governance, data quality, or data management, preferably in an enterprise data environment.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, validation, or automation tasks.
- Experience working with enterprise data governance councils or committees.
- Experience querying and working with Snowflake in a modern cloud data environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation
- $81,400 - $131,200/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
