Lead enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI initiatives from solution shaping and planning through implementation and operationalization.
Combine technical understanding with delivery leadership, executive stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
Work with customers, senior executives, solution architects, engineering teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee technical delivery, challenge solution architectures and delivery approaches, and identify risks and dependencies.
- Ensure technical teams and partners deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
- Translate business priorities into executable initiatives and successful outcomes.
- Identify additional customer opportunities and support solution development, proposals, and strategic initiatives.
Experience and qualifications
- 10–15 years across technology consulting, Data & AI, solution delivery, digital transformation, or enterprise technology.
- Significant experience delivering complex enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
- Relevant Data, AI, Cloud, or enterprise technology certifications are advantageous.
- Experience in large enterprise, government, public sector, or regulated environments is desirable.
Technical and delivery skills
- Understand enterprise Data & AI architectures, data platforms, analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, OCI, or GCP; cloud architecture, integrations, APIs, and AI/ML lifecycle concepts.
- Lead complex initiatives across multidisciplinary teams and challenge architectures, implementation approaches, estimates, and plans.
- Manage executive stakeholders, communicate technical topics as business outcomes, and support business development and solution shaping.
- Apply problem-solving, negotiation, decision-making, presentation, workshop facilitation, and storytelling skills.
