Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity solutions that protect organizational systems, networks, and data.

Project and service delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact before and during complex cybersecurity projects.
- Monitor solution adoption and help delivery teams achieve outcomes from deployed technologies and services.
- Provide proactive support and guidance to delivery units and project teams.
- Identify and implement enhancements to improve solution performance and satisfaction.
Stakeholder partnership
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and act as a liaison across project and delivery units.
- Build long-term relationships with delivery and project units and conduct check-ins, feedback sessions, and strategic reviews.
- Represent the cybersecurity team and communicate organizational needs and feedback to other departments.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, focused on architecture and design.
- Experience managing security services, including running, onboarding, and delivery.
- Cybersecurity architecture experience and strong understanding of VAPT reports and mitigation strategies.
- Experience with UAE GRC policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of cloud IT and security technologies, networks, DevSecOps, and data protection.
- Hands-on complex-project experience and technical/commercial consulting skills.
Professional skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, strategic mindset.
- Strong presentation, communication, and technical documentation skills; able to explain difficult concepts clearly.
- Strong verbal and written English communication.
- Flexible approach and ability to work collaboratively.
Desired certifications
- CISSP, CCIE, CCSP, SANS, TOGAF, or SABSA certifications are desired.
