In-office Customs Analyst role supporting customs brokerage accuracy, compliance, and service.
Work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 4:00 pm to 12:00 am.
What you’ll do
- Enter and transpose invoice and shipment data into internal systems accurately.
- Monitor internal communications and respond to requests promptly.
- Find missing documents and maintain complete files.
- Prepare billing and invoices for customs entries.
- Back up reception and assist clients when needed.
- Support the customs analyst team with data-driven insights and documentation handling.
- Collaborate with colleagues and complete other assigned administrative tasks.
What you’ll bring
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent education and experience.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with strong accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written, verbal, and visual instructions.
- Time management, organization, professional communication, multitasking, adaptability, and independent work skills.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary range is $39,000 to $42,000; the posting does not specify a pay period.
