What You'll Do

  • Enter and transpose invoice and shipment data accurately into internal systems.
  • Monitor internal communications and respond to incoming requests promptly.
  • Locate missing documents and ensure files are complete.
  • Generate accurate billing and invoices for customs entries.
  • Back up reception duties and assist clients when needed.
  • Support the customs analyst team with data-driven insights and documentation handling.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to uphold service standards.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with a strong accuracy rate.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written, verbal, and visual instructions.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and work independently.
