Responsibilities
- Enter and transpose invoice and shipment data accurately into internal systems.
- Monitor internal communications and respond promptly to incoming requests.
- Find missing documents and maintain complete files.
- Generate billing and invoices for customs entries.
- Back up reception and assist clients when needed.
- Support the customs analyst team with data-driven insights and document handling.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold service standards and perform assigned administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with a strong accuracy rate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written, verbal, and visual instructions.
- Time-management, organizational, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and work independently.
Schedule
- Evening shift, Sunday through Thursday.
