Role overview

The Customs Analyst supports customs brokerage operations with data entry, documentation, billing, and client service.

The position is in office and runs Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:00 am.

Compensation and benefits

  • Salary range is $39,000 to $42,000 per year.

What you'll do

  • Accurately enter and transpose invoice and shipment data into internal systems.
  • Monitor internal communications and respond to requests in a timely manner.
  • Track down missing documents and ensure files are complete.
  • Generate accurate billing and invoicing for customs entries.
  • Back up reception duties and assist clients when needed.
  • Support the customs analyst team with data-driven insights and document handling.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to uphold service standards and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

What you'll bring

  • High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with a strong accuracy rate.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written, verbal, and visual instructions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; professional, friendly verbal and written communication.
  • Able to multitask and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
