Role overview

In-office customs brokerage role focused on accuracy, compliance, data organization, and client service.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:00 am.

Compensation and benefits

  • Salary range is $39,000 to $42,000 per year.

Duties

  • Enter and transpose invoice and shipment data into internal systems.
  • Monitor internal communications, respond to requests, and locate missing documents to complete files.
  • Generate billing and invoices for customs entries.
  • Back up reception, assist clients, and support the customs analyst team with data insights and documentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Candidate requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with strong accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to follow written, verbal, and visual instructions.
  • Strong time management, organization, communication, multitasking, adaptability, and ability to work independently.
