Crewing Operations
- Plan crew schedules, rotations, and replacements according to vessel requirements.
- Coordinate crew changes, travel, visas, accommodation, and port logistics.
- Ensure vessels are fully manned with qualified crew and crew changes are completed on time without operational delays.
- Maintain accurate crew records, databases, and documentation for audit purposes.
Crew Coordination
- Act as a contact for crew regarding assignments, travel, and documentation and provide timely support for crew needs and queries.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding and assist with leave requests and other administrative matters.
Compliance and External Coordination
- Track crew training, certifications, and medical status; support HSE training and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, including ADNOC where applicable, and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with manning agents, travel agencies, training providers, and port authorities to coordinate crew movements.
- Maintain filing systems and documentation and support reporting requirements related to crewing activities.
Pay
- AED 1,300–7,500 per month.
Work Location
- Work is in person.
Requirements
- Ensure crew certifications, including STCW, flag-state endorsements, and medicals, are valid and up to date.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, including ADNOC where applicable, and regulatory standards.
