Role Summary

The operational backbone of the creative function.

Owns creative production end-to-end — translating ideas into deliverable, on-budget, on-time work across video, photography, digital, and brand campaigns.

Leads producers and crews, manages vendor relationships and budgets, and ensures creative ambition is matched by flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • *Production Leadership*
  • Own the end-to-end production pipeline across all creative output — video, photo, digital, events, and brand campaigns
  • Translate creative briefs into realistic production plans, timelines, and resourcing
  • Lead and mentor a team of producers, videographers, editors, and freelancers
  • Set and enforce production standards, workflows, and quality benchmarks
  • Act as the primary bridge between creative, marketing, and external stakeholders

*Budget & Vendor Management*

  • Build, own, and report on production budgets across multiple concurrent projects
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors, studios, agencies, and freelance talent
  • Drive cost efficiency without compromising creative quality
  • Forecast resourcing needs and manage capacity across the team

*Project & Stakeholder Management*

  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from brief to final delivery
  • Manage stakeholder/client expectations, scope, and approvals
  • Identify risks early and resolve bottlenecks before they affect delivery
  • Ensure all production complies with UAE permits, licensing, and regulations

Requirements

  • 5+ years in creative/video production, with 2+ years in a senior or management capacity
  • Proven track record managing teams, budgets, and multiple large-scale productions
  • Strong creative judgement paired with sharp operational and commercial instincts
  • Deep understanding of the full production lifecycle (pre-pro through post and delivery)
  • Familiarity with UAE filming permits, vendor landscape, and location logistics
  • Exceptional organisation, leadership, and communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Fluent English (Arabic a plus)
