We are seeking an experienced **Creative Director** with a strong background in events and 3D spatial concepts.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in conceptualizing and executing large-scale events, exhibitions, and experiential environments.
You should be confident leading creative strategy from concept through production, translating ideas into impactful visual and physical experiences that align with client objectives and brand vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative direction for events, exhibitions, and experiential projects
- Develop innovative 3D spatial and environmental design concepts
- Oversee projects from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with design, production, and client teams
- Present creative concepts and pitch ideas to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure consistency in brand storytelling and visual execution
- Guide and mentor creative teams throughout project development
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Creative Director in events, exhibitions, or experiential design
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D spatial concepts and large-scale event projects
- Excellent creative, strategic, and leadership skills
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external vendors
- Strong understanding of production, fabrication, and event execution
- Proficiency in relevant design and visualization tools is a plus
Preferred Qualities
- Innovative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for creating immersive and memorable experiences
- Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per hour
