Overview

We’re looking for a driven and personable **Sales Executive** to join our team.

This is a front line sales role focused on building new business relationships in the events industry across the UAE.

Beyond selling a product, you’ll be selling a journey — the ability to take a client from an initial idea through to an immersive, experiential outcome.

That means understanding both the technical side of what’s possible and the storytelling that brings an experience to life.

You don’t need to be an engineer, but you do need to grasp how immersive and interactive technology works well enough to pitch it confidently and paint the bigger picture for clients.

This is primarily a sales lead role, but you’ll also double up on client servicing — helping manage clients and vendors as part of a small, hands-on team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads across the events, experiential, and entertainment sectors in the wider UAE
  • Prospecting and developing relationships with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, networking, and industry events
  • Selling the full journey — connecting immersive and interactive technology with compelling storytelling to show clients what an experience can become
  • Developing a solid working understanding of our technology offering so you can pitch confidently and credibly before handing over to the wider team
  • Taking on client servicing responsibilities, including the management of clients and vendors
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs, proposals, and delivery
  • Keeping CRM records up to date and reporting on pipeline activity

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the events, experiential, or live entertainment industry in the UAE
  • Strong existing network across the UAE events landscape is a big plus
  • Ability to sell a journey — combining technical understanding with storytelling to bring an experience to life
  • Comfortable with technology at a conceptual level; you don’t need to be an engineer, but you need to talk about immersive and interactive experiences convincingly
  • A natural people person — confident, energetic, and able to build trust quickly
  • Comfortablewearing two hats: driving sales while also supporting client and vendor management
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage their own activity
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • UAE driving license preferred
  • Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
