We are looking for a talented **Social Media Designer** to support a high-profile television production project in Abu Dhabi.
This role is suited for a designer who understands how to create visually engaging content tailored for digital audiences.
The successful candidate will combine strong design fundamentals with a keen awareness of evolving social platforms, content formats, and audience engagement trends.
Abu Dhabi \| Full-Time Contract (July 2026 – January 2027)
Design & Creative Execution
- Create compelling visual assets for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
- Develop creative materials such as social posts, campaign visuals, story assets, carousels, reel covers, thumbnails, digital advertisements, and branded templates.
- Translate creative directions and content plans into visually impactful designs.
- Produce supporting materials for promotional campaigns, public-facing initiatives, events, announcements, and audience engagement activities.
- Adapt artwork across multiple formats while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with established visual guidelines and brand standards.
- Contribute motion-based elements and simple animations when required.
- Explore new visual approaches, design techniques, and emerging creative tools to enhance content performance.
- Stay informed about platform updates, audience behaviors, and digital content trends.
- Collaborate closely with content, production, and marketing teams throughout the creative process.
- Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously and maintain accuracy under tight timelines.
Software & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects
- Canva Pro
- Strong understanding of:
- Layout and composition
- Typography and visual hierarchy
- Motion design fundamentals
- Digital-first content creation
- Social media specifications and best practices
- Experience using AI-assisted creative tools is an advantage.
Preferred Background
- Previous experience in media, broadcasting, content production, marketing, or creative agencies.
- Experience working on projects with structured approval processes and multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to design for both English and Arabic audiences.
- Appreciation for regionally relevant visual styles, storytelling approaches, and audience preferences.
- Familiarity with large-scale campaigns, public-facing communications, or content-driven initiatives is beneficial.
