Overview
Our client is a leading Large company in the field of Real Estate Development.
They are seeking a highly analytical and experienced professional to oversee and manage project cost controls across their expanding portfolio in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
Project Cost Tracking: Collect, record, and track all cost components related to real estate projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
Cost Center Management: Establish, update, and monitor dedicated cost centers for every project and individual work item.
Variance & Financial Control: Perform continuous budget versus actual comparisons ($Budget vs.
Actual$), analyze variances, and submit actionable financial recommendations to leadership.
Subcontractor Payment Verification: Verify and validate all invoices and payment certificates submitted by subcontractors, aligning them strictly with actual project completion percentages.
Tendering & BOQ Support: Assist in preparing bid evaluations, pricing structures, and Bill of Quantities verification ($BOQ Pricing$).
System Reconciliations: Prepare and process precise project cost entries, ensuring full reconciliation within the Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform.
Project Close-Out Reporting: Compile and finalize detailed, comprehensive final cost reports upon the completion and delivery of each project.
