Head of Finance

Overview

• Our client is a leading large scale company in the field of Fintech.
• We are seeking a highly experienced Head of finance ( who will report to a finance director ) to lead the financial operations and drive sustainable growth.
• In this role, you will play a critical part in scaling the business, managing risk, and ensuring robust financial health in a fast-paced environment.
• Position Details Key Responsibilities As the Head of Finance, your core focus will be managing the financial infrastructure and providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
• The seven main tasks required for this role are:
• Oversee all daily financial operations, including core accounting, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and treasury management.
• Develop and execute comprehensive financial forecasting models, annual budgets, and long-term strategic financial plans to support rapid growth.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance, local taxation laws, and financial reporting standards specific to the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and KSA financial regulations.
• Lead financial risk management by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating operational, credit, and market risks inherent to the fintech ecosystem.
• Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and actionable performance metrics to the Director of Finance to guide critical business decisions.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team while optimizing financial technology stacks and automated accounting software.
• Coordinate all internal and external audits while managing strategic relationships with banks, external auditors, and financial institutions.
