The role involves designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Azure AI services.
Ai Agent & Chatbot Development
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Build conversational experiences including: Topics, intents, triggers, and multi-turn dialogue flows
- Topics, intents, triggers, and multi-turn dialogue flows
- Create reusable components, templates, and skills for faster delivery
- Implement prompt engineering and instruction design for accurate responses
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents (must-have)
- Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents (must-have)
- Strong knowledge of: Conversational AI & chatbot development Prompt engineering & agent instruction design
