Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days.
As a Coordinator / Manager Executive Assistant Manager, you will handle daily tasks such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, maintaining correspondence, and handling administrative responsibilities.
You will also support operational and project management tasks and ensure efficient communication across teams, while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Administrative skills including calendar management, scheduling, and documentation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in professional communication, correspondence, and interpersonal relations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and email management systems
- Experience in basic project coordination and workflow management
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn principles of Islamic finance is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in executive assistance or office management is highly advantageous
