About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Emirati professional to join our team as a Projects Coordinator. This role will support internal operations, coordination between departments, and tracking of ongoing projects to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between design, procurement, and site teams
  • Track project progress and update internal reports
  • Assist in preparing documents, submissions, and approvals
  • Support communication between office and site teams
  • Monitor timelines and flag delays or issues
  • Maintain organized records of project data and documentation

Requirements:

  • UAE National (Emirati)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Office tools
  • Interest in construction, operations, or project management
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years experience welcome
