we are hiring a **Patient Coordinator ( Arabic Female ).**
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients in a professional manner.
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate between doctors, nurses, and patients to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle patient inquiries (phone, email, and in person).
- Explain treatment plans and pricing clearly.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 1Year Experience in the same role
- Should be fluent in English
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in clinic management systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
