Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Listing Coordinator / Receptionist with experience in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing property listings on platforms such as Dubizzle and Bayut, handling client communication, and preparing real estate documentation including Forms A, B, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and upload property listings on Dubizzle, Bayut, and other portals
- Update listing details, prices, availability, and photos
- Coordinate with agents to collect property information and documents
- Prepare and manage:
- Form A
- Form B
- Trakheesi permits
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Welcome clients and visitors at reception
- Maintain records and office documentation
- Support the sales and leasing team with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in Dubai real estate is preferred
- Knowledge of Dubizzle, Bayut, and property listing systems
- Familiar with Trakheesi and RERA procedures
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English
