Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, presentable, and proactive professional to support sales coordination, business development activities, back-office operations, logistics coordination, certification processes, and structured market outreach for Audio Visual, IT, and ELV systems within the UAE market.

This role requires strong coordination skills, professional communication, and the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Sales Coordination & Business Development

  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, video conferences, and site visits with potential customers, contractors, consultants, and developers.
  • Conduct structured cold calls to introduce company solutions and schedule appointments.
  • Support business development activities and maintain systematic follow-ups.
  • Assist and coordinate new team member onboarding, including sales training and orientation support.
  • Manage calendars, confirmations, reminders, and post-meeting follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Coordinate internal actions related to sales and business development initiatives.

Client Registration, Certifications & Compliance

  • Coordinate company registration requirements with clients, consultants, and portals.
  • Maintain and update certifications, approvals, and compliance documentation.
  • Collect and organize necessary technical submittals and documents.
  • Ensure proper document control, filing, and version management.

Internal & External Coordination

  • Act as a coordination point between internal technical teams and clients.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers for product demos, technical clarifications, and approvals.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and logistics partners when required.
  • Support coordination related to deliveries, demos, and documentation.

Back-Office & Administrative Support

  • Maintain well-organized digital and physical documentation systems.
  • Prepare basic reports, updates, and status summaries as required by management.
  • Support daily administrative and operational coordination activities.
  • Assist management and teams with ad-hoc tasks aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or business support roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Confident and professional when handling calls, emails, and coordination tasks.
  • Presentable and professional appearance suitable for client interactions.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
