Human Resources Coordinator supporting HR administration at the Doha property.

HR administration and employee support
- Create and maintain filing systems and employee personnel files.
- Prepare office correspondence, route mail, answer calls, and record messages.
- Order and track HR office supplies and forms.
- Help walk-in candidates with applications and maintain a clean, accessible application area.
- Respond to employee and management questions about HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Inform HR management of employee-relations issues.
- Maintain confidential, secure, and accurate employee and property records, including interview documents and I-9 forms.
Workplace standards and general duties
- Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, protect company assets, and report accidents or unsafe work conditions.
- Communicate professionally, build positive working relationships, support team goals, and meet quality expectations.
- Use computers to enter and locate work-related information; perform other reasonable duties as requested.
- The role includes moving or handling objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- At least one year of related work experience preferred.
