Control Room and Response Driver/Drone Pilot role with ASEL in its Security Operations Centre.
The role supports protection of client premises and assets through real-time monitoring, incident management, and coordination of field resources.
Key duties
- Monitor CCTV, pilot drones, respond to alarms, and coordinate mobile patrols.
- Manage remote site access, record and escalate incidents, and handle calls from clients, staff, and emergency services.
- Dispatch field engineers nationwide and provide shift handover briefings.
- Liaise with customers, stakeholders, UK police forces, and business crime reduction partnerships.
Requirements
- A valid UK drone pilot certification such as GVC or A2 CofC, or willingness to obtain one with company funding.
- CCTV and control room experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; the supplied description also specifies remaining calm under pressure.
Schedule and employment
- Full-time permanent position.
- Four-on, four-off schedule with 12-hour shifts, a mixture of days and nights.
Pay
