Mandatory qualifications
- Contract management and administration, invoice management, payment follow-ups, and refunds are mandatory.
- A car-rental background is mandatory.
- At least two years of experience in contract management and agreement activation within car rental, leasing, or vehicle subscription.
- Good understanding of vehicle rental or leasing operations and billing processes.
- Strong communication, customer-relationship, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer subscription activation, contract preparation, renewals, amendments, and closure.
- Keep customer documentation, agreements, and insurance records accurate and current.
- Handle monthly billing, credit card payments, payment follow-ups, refunds, and outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries, collections, returns, and final contract settlements.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain records, track pending activities, and prepare operational reports.
